At CrossFit VSC in Kensington - our classes are capped at 6 members to 1 Coach. This ratio allows our members to recieve the coaching they require in a safe and structurd manner. Each class runs for roughly 1hr and starts with a dynamic warm-up, then it’s skill training, instruction and movement standards for the WOD (workout of the day). When your coach says “3-2-1 Go!” the challenge begins and our community of athletes push them selves and encourage others to achieve elite fitness.

Our Box is over 440 square meters, which gives each member a comfortable and safe amount of space to train in.

With high quality Bumper Plates and Bars, Concept 2 Rowers and Ski Ergs, Climbing ropes, Weightlifting platforms, Kettlebels, Matrix racking, tractor tyres, a 70 square meter indoor turf track with weighted sleds and much more, CrossFit VSC is decked out with everything a Strength and Conditioning Facility should have to ensure you get the workout your looking for.
