Class times

Please note all classes run on the hour, for an hour during open times. Respect your fellow CrossFitters and Coaches and be on time to class.  

Mobility

Arrive before your class or stay after your class and work through a variety of mobility drills using many different methods from self myofascial release to general stretching.

CrossFit Tech

Monday and Wednesday at 6:30pm
Friday at 5:30pm.
