  • Focus’s on developing strength, skill and mobility in foundational movements of CrossFit.
  • Focus’s on increasing aerobic capacity.
  • This program is consists of accessory work to the main class, the main class program is the priority.
  • Well balanced, easy to use and very effective.
  • Access to the Make Me Rx Facebook page.

The regular class is always the focus and should ideally be completed first.  The Make Me Rx program runs in conjunction with the main class, however does not replace the main class.  There will be days that fatigue from your main class will inhibit your accessory work- this is the point- to get you to work through fatigue and force a strong adaptation.  Some workouts can be done at home, so utilise this option if you are truly feeling tired or lacking in time.

This is what is going down in June for the Make Me Rx Program:
 

June sees the introduction of a Bulgarian split squat cycle that will help build glute and hamstring strength. We will also work on our thruster capacity and build your engine with this awesome exercise.  A daily focus on double unders and a continued drive with pulling movements and getting upside down rounds out this months program.

Each week it is vital for you to record your reps and times from each class as this will allow you to continuously build on the week prior.

This is what is going down in June for the RX+ Program:
 
During June we will be more focused on building our aerobic capacity with lots of running based off of a 1 Mile pace which will be tested in the first week of June. With Junes Class focus being snatch barbell cycling, Rx+ will move to more of a clean focus. There is also gymnastics work and a few more dumbbell workouts as according to this year’s regionals, we need to be doing a lot more dumbbell work.
