Friday July 28th is the date of the VSC In- House Throwdown.

Its time to have some fun testing your fitness against other athletes from VSC and see where your fitness stacks up at the box.

What Is It?

This is a great opportunity to experience a CrossFit competition in the comfort of your home Box, while being able to have fun and throwdown with your mates.

The Throwdown will be split into 2 divisions beginner and Open and will involve a series of CrossFit workouts that will be completed on the night.

The VSC Coaches will be allocating each athlete into their given divisions and we will be using the registration form below to assist us.

What are the Workouts.

All workout will consist of all the movements we do in class and all events will be released closer to the day.
There will be scaling options for the beginner division.

How will it work on the night?

All athletes will have their own judge and each event will be scheduled throughout the night.  
ALL athletes will be expected to judge on the night to help with the flow of the throwdown.

What time will it start/end?

The Throwdown Brief will begin at 5:30pm and Event 1 will start at 6pm.
